Andreas+EenfeldtDespite half a century of research there is still no evidence that natural saturated fat (such as butter, eggs, coconut, cream, cheese, animal fats etc.) is anything but completely safe to eat.

The latest review of all major trials of low carb diets shows improved weight and improvement of all major risk factors for heart disease. Many modern scientific studies of the highest quality showing evidence of significantly better weight loss with low carb diets.

“Experts” such as GPs, dietitian and nutrition professionals still keep denying all these modern trials, often due to unawareness or ignorance to stay up-to-date. I think it’s time for these people to take the science seriously and to give advice based on fact rather than lack of ability to stay up-to-date with new research.
